“So I am nearly at 20 pounds lost.
I feel like a totally different person! My face is thinner, all my old clothes are fitting again, and for once in my life I feel sexy. Yes, I said it. I feel SEXY.
I am embracing my curves and wearing the revealing clothes. I have never been hit on by so many guys- even when I was 115 lbs. Men are looking at me all the time and it feels great!
When I leave the gym soaking wet, I am no longer ashamed. I am proud.
Yes, I sweat. You know why? Because I am working HARD.
“
I wish i could find her again

Yesterday was such a wonderful day! I spent the entire day with my family and honestly enjoyed every second of it. Even with the gym closed, I managed to get a pretty good workout! I walked 3 miles in 50 minutes and then ran 1 mile in a little under than 10 minutes. My legs actually hurt today!
Food wise the day was tough. I made everything for my family except for the Turkey which I left to my mother. I think everyone would be proud of me, I did not eat one unhealthy food! My menu consisted of: Turkey breast, green beans, mashed sweet potatoes, baked carrots, and to top it all off a Sugar Free Crustless Pumpkin pie. It is the recipe I posted earlier and it is divine! I was so proud that I passed up the cheese and crackers, STUFFING, cranberry sauce, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, chocolate chip cookies, and pumpkin pie. The leftovers are still in the fridge and it has been very hard to not have ‘one bite of stuffing’ I know I will not get anything out of one bite so I might as well stay away.
The perfect finish to this holiday was waking up at 5 to get an elliptical for only $999 from Dick’s sporting goods! It came with a free iPod nano and was $1,000 off!
I am so thankful that I made it through the day!

There are hundreds of guiltless pumpkin pies on the Internet this week and I think I found the perfect one! I made it last week and it taste JUST like the insides of a normal pumpkin pie. The crust is usually my favorite part but I think this substitute is just as good. If you are feeling daring, I think you could make a pie crust out of fiber one and margarine.
Ingredients
15 oz Libby’s Solid Pack Pumpkin
12 oz fat-free evaporated milk
1/2 cup Egg Beaters Egg Beaters
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Spray pie tin with PAM. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into pie plate.
Bake at 400* for 15 mins.,reduce heat to 325* for another 45 mins. or until a knife comes out clean.
Makes 8 slices that are around 55-60 calories each!

Here is a small recap of my WW weigh ins: -2.2, +.2. So, here I am at minus 2 pounds and about to weigh in for my third week. On any other diet I would have lost 6 pounds by now but I must remind myself that this is not a diet, it is a lifestyle. My new way of life, or WOL as some call it, has really been working. I feel better, I have more energy, and the inches are really melting off. Ok, now the moment everyone has been waiting for….
-.4 lbs!
Not quite a pound but honestly thats better than nothing! This brings my WW weight loss to 2.4 lbs. Its not a lot but I am working on it!
Total Weight Loss To Date: 11.4
PS This is my lightest in awhile!!

Long Time no see! It has been over a week since I last posted! I feel terrible about it but with the approaching Holiday, I was just really wrapped up. A lot has happened and most of it has been enjoyable. I am going out to lunch today with a friend and after lunch he is going to help me move my Treadmill into my car and then take it to a place to sell it. Do you want to know why I am selling my treadmill? Well, I decided to splurge big time for Christmas and get an Elliptical! I am really excited because I have been using the elliptical a lot again and I think by having it in my house I will use it even more.
So, in order to catch my blog up I am going to do some more progress posts, product reviews, diet tips, and exercise tips.

So the weigh in did not go too well this week… I am up .2 lbs. I am a little upset because I felt like I busted my but with food and exercise. I am going to start going to the gym this week instead of doing workouts at home. I need to break a sweat more often and not focus on toning moves. I lost 1 whole inch on my waist so I am happy about that!

Today’s product review is on Vitatops! Vitatops are basically the top of a muffin that you can find in the frozen section of many stores.
First Impression- I chose to review the Deep Chocolate flavor and at first glance, these look wonderful! They are a deep dark color and even have chocolate chips dispersed evenly along the top. The size is semi-large, I would compare it to the size of a store bought muffin (minus the bottom).
Taste- Wow! The taste of these muffin tops are fantastic! I can taste real chocolate and it quenches any craving you might have for chocolate. The chocolate is so rich that I had to take tiny bites which made the vitatop last for quite some time. I love treats that I am able to savor for awhile!
Consistency- To thaw my Vitatop, I put it in the microwave for a little over thirty seconds. I was afraid that thawing them would make it taste funny but it was delicious. The muffin was moist and the top of the Vitatop had a thicker layer of chocolate that just seemed to melt in my mouth. The occasional chocolate chip is also a really nice surprise for your taste buds!
Nutrition- One large Vitatop packs in 100 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 6 grams of fiber, and 4 grams of protein. These are great stats and if you are counting Points, they come to a low one point. The actual muffin is made with whole wheat flour and organic evaporated can juice so that’s a plus. The only downside to these excellent sources of calcium and 15 vitamins and minerals is that they have 10 grams of sugar. The ingredients have organic evaporated cane juice, sugar, and dried honey. I personally thought they could have cut down on the sugar but I guess that’s what makes them such a treat.
9/10 Rating! I loved how great the chocolate was and the only thing keeping it from a 10/10 are the three sources of sugar! Even though they are pricey, I will buy them again!

My first week of Weight Watchers is over and here is the moment of truth. I ate whatever I wanted (although all I ate was healthy food) and did not have one bite of halloween candy! My big weigh in comes in at: -2.2 lbs! I cannot believe how much I lost! I am really excited and I am really glad this program works!

Thank goodness it’s Friday! I had a stressful day but it is so nice to know I will be able to wake up at 10 tomorrow! Friday’s skinny motivation comes in the form of Victoria Secret’s model, Adriana Lima. I have always loved her because of her curves and beautiful face. To me she is pretty much perfect and seems so down to earth. I would love to spend a day with her!

I have been so busy that I have not thought about myself in a long time. Since I last posted about myself, I started Weight Watchers and I believe that it is going pretty well. I am not overeating and actually have some difficulty reaching my daily points. Its fun to count points instead of calories… it doesn’t make my head spin! I watched Dr. Oz on Oprah today and he talked all about stress and how it can age you. I am constantly stressed about my appearance and I really need to let it go. I AM beautiful and I shouldn’t focus on the fact that I do have to drop some weight. I need to stop comparing myself to other people and appreciate my body for the things it can do: Breathe life through my body, lift my weights like a beast, and digest all the healthy foods I am eating.
I am beautiful the way I am.
