Weigh In- Week 2 of WW

 

So the weigh in did not go too well this week… I am up .2 lbs.  I am a little upset because I felt like I busted my but with food and exercise.  I am going to start going to the gym this week instead of doing workouts at home.  I need to break a sweat more often and not focus on toning moves.  I lost 1 whole inch on my waist so I am happy about that! 

 Total Weight Loss to date- 11 lbs

    You may have gained 2 pounds of muscle, not fat-it important to keep in mind that it’s not all about just weighing less, but changing the ratio of fat to muscle in your body.

    Thanks k8te! I wasn’t sure if I could build muscle that fast but with the inches coming off I believe it. I peeked at the scale this morning and I am actually down .8 lbs from this weigh in so it may have been water retenetion as well!
