Here is a small recap of my WW weigh ins: -2.2, +.2. So, here I am at minus 2 pounds and about to weigh in for my third week. On any other diet I would have lost 6 pounds by now but I must remind myself that this is not a diet, it is a lifestyle. My new way of life, or WOL as some call it, has really been working. I feel better, I have more energy, and the inches are really melting off. Ok, now the moment everyone has been waiting for….
-.4 lbs!
Not quite a pound but honestly thats better than nothing! This brings my WW weight loss to 2.4 lbs. Its not a lot but I am working on it!

My first week of Weight Watchers is over and here is the moment of truth. I ate whatever I wanted (although all I ate was healthy food) and did not have one bite of halloween candy! My big weigh in comes in at: -2.2 lbs! I cannot believe how much I lost! I am really excited and I am really glad this program works!

This week went pretty well food wise and I only had a few slip ups. If you read my blog earlier, you would see that I joined Weight Watchers Online yesterday. The website is amazing and I cannot wait to use my 3 months to their full advantage! My Weigh Ins will be on Saturday so thats when I will do them on here. As of today, I have lost 2.8 pounds since last week. I am surprised since I did have slip ups but it just proves that its the overall week that counts. Don’t beat yourself up over one bad item, move on and everything will be fine! I am going to the groccery store today to load up on low point items and its pretty exciting!

I stepped on the scale this morning and it flashed that I was down a pound since yesterday I am surprised I lost because I did have some white rice sushi and some sugary cereal… but today I am eating better. Baby steps!
My whole body is sore from the workout it had to endure yesterday. I put myself through a mini ‘boot camp’. I went through stations and did 45 minutes worth of stations. Some of the stations were: abs, jump rope, jumping jacks, arm curls, push ups, sit ups, ect. I am very happy with this mornings results and I can’t wait to lose more.

Hello Everyone! This blog is going to be my personal weightloss journal where I write down my triumphs and every now and then my bumps in the road. I will posting daily menus, exercise, and little tips here and there to motivate myself and hopefully motivate others! I am coming off of a running injury so I have packed on some pounds and now I have to lose a total of 30 pounds to hit my target weight. I have already lost 5 pounds so I have 25 to lose. It will be rough but I plan on making it!
My plan: Eat a healthy, balanced diet by following a plan that I like to call the ‘Europe Diet. In this ‘diet’, i will follow all the foods that I ate while I was in Europe because I lost a lot of weight there. I will eat one cup a day of yogurt, vegetables, lean protein, one serving of cereal, and fruits all while eliminating sugary foods, flour, and fatty fried foods like my beloved tortilla chips. I will also work out as much as I can 7 days a week.
